IT Project Management Training 2012

The first Project Management Training in Pontresina from September 19th to September 22nd was a full success. The objective to give all candidates an insight into the ongoing challenges which are encountered in Project Management and how best to prepare them in their future endeavors when they are assigned the role of Project Manager was fully met.

We thank all our speakers and especially Hilti for preparing an insightful and interesting presentation combined with case studies around their Global Contact Center Project.
