A big thank you to everyone participating in our CIO Roundtable 2025 at The Circle in Zurich!

We had an inspiring afternoon with valuable exchanges, innovative ideas, and great networking. The roundtable started with a warm welcome by Lucas F. Kuttler and Khushnud Irani, followed by the lively discussions on today’s challenges faced by CIOs and how they are navigating their organizations through these times. Be it – move to various cloud models, piloting GenAI and Agentic AI scenarios to strengthening IT/OT landscapes, cyber resiliency and preparing for various EU Acts.

A heartfelt thank you to Christian Naegele and Alexander Finger of SAP for inviting us to the beautiful SAP Experience Center in Zurich — and for the great live demonstrations of the real-world impacts of SAP software in action. Watching machines running, processes in action, and the real-time interconnecting of Cloud ERP, LOB solutions, the BTP, Joule, and the physical world gave a solid impression of the power of technology in an inter-connected world and its future direction.

Special thanks to Christoph Baeck for his engaging presentation on Würth’s Digital Transformation — an inspiring story of innovation and transformation.

And of course, a heartfelt thank you to all CIOs and IT Academy Members for your active participation and contributions to such lively and forward-looking debates.

We concluded the day with a lovely apéro dinner, a delightful conclusion to an inspiring and successful event.
