Our annual member meeting

General Assembly

Once a year, representatives from all member companies come together for the General Assembly. The meeting covers key statutory matters, including the election of the Board, approval of the annual accounts and other formal resolutions. It also provides a forum to discuss strategic priorities, exchange perspectives and shape the future direction of the association.

Objectives

Key responsibilities of the General Assembly are:

  • Elect the Executive Board and auditors
  • Review and approve activity reports and annual accounts
  • Approve the annual budget
  • Determine membership fees
  • Decide on amendments to the Articles of Association and other key matters
