On Thursday, we had Thomas Kaufmann (CISO Schindler) in the morning, talking about cybersecurity. After a short break, Karen Jones continued with the second part of the Insights Discovery Assessment, helping us understand our own preferences to enhance our impact on others.

After the lunch break, participants were given a task to work in groups on the challenges they face at their companies.

Later, we had an outdoor activity (a parkour around Hotel Saratz and Val Roseg), followed by a fondue outside at the Strauss Pavilion, closing a long and eventful day!
