IT Project Management Training 2013

Exciting 2 and a half days already spent in the Project Management Training in the beautiful environment of Pontresina.

After an opening by Martin Petry, CIO of Hilti, we experience great teamwork by all 17 participants on topics like Project Vision, Business Cases, Project Setup, and Planning. 4 experienced trainers from 2 companies educated the participants on Project Management Basics as well as Planning & Execution.

Martin Studer, CIO of Omya gave interesting insights into People Management around projects and Lukas Kuttler, CIO of Asvito, spoke on the important topic of Change Management.
